Owner description: Accessible Opera, as though it was in your sitting room, but its a palace in Venice. Stunningly personal. Fun fun fun with 3 light and easy Operas to choose, 7 nights a week. It will make so many people's trip to Venice even more memorable.

Great operatic performance in this lovely old Palace. Musicians and singers were top rate, a glass or two proseccos during the intermission makes a wonderful evening.
It is a bit awkward to find being down a dead end dark alley.

We so enjoyed watching the opera where we could almost touch the performers. The building is beautiful and the performers are excellent.

I went to see Barber of Seville whilst in Venice- it was a truly amazing experience! Held in a gothic Venetian palace in a tucked away secretive location overlooking the Grand Canal at night- the audience experiences opera in an intimate setting, moving from room to room with the performers. With a 360 degree view and close interaction- no one misses out on seeing or hearing anything!
We managed to sit right at the front for two of the three acts in two different rooms, only a few steps away from the singers, whilst a few even sat amongst the opera singers on the set. A small orchestra performed including a very talented pianist who I managed to sit near! An enjoyable, entertaining evening well worth the price- viewing opera at its home. Remember though to reserve before you go.

Thanks TripAdvisor, we found this through TA and it was great. A unique experience, opera singers belting it out right next to you! The acting and singing was top notch and very stirring considering we are not opera fans usually! We saw La Traviata, and hummed it the whole of our holiday. Great memory.

Great performances by all concerned and very funny. The venue is a little difficult to find but we went the previous day to recce the area as we were in the vicinity. The water bus stop normally to use was temporarily closed and so this did not make life simple but we found it eventually. Not a cheap night but worth it if like us you are new to opera.
