I had lunch at the restaurant and had pizza. It was good. loved the anchovies. The ambience of the place and there were a lot of people to look at as it was in the middle of the busy street. The service was excellent. They were on the ball with the drinks. I will definitely come back.

One of many street cafes in Venice, we decided to eat lunch here when hustled by the staff as we passed. We were not so hungy and wanted to split a meal with drinks. Not a chance! We were tired from walking and so sat down since the food on other tables looked good. Because we were sitting in a primo location, they seemed to rush us through our meal The pasta was good but nothing special. Beer was good however. €31.90.

The staff were rude and surly. It is in such a busy spot, just one street back from St Marcs Square, that they just don't need to bother. We noticed that they only brought bread to the table if they thought you had ordered enough. The service was bad, they just wanted to rush you in and out, the food was dull and the price was high for what we got. They are very busy so we mistook this for being popular... big mistake.

Excellent for traditonal pizza and local dishes. We (2 couples) had two lunches and drinks. The food was excellent and the pizza' s are big enough for two to share though we did have carpaccio of beef and a caprese salad shared between the four of us.The choice of wine and beer was good. The local beer comes in a glass the shape of a boot(Italy). We found the food so good we returned on our second day.The first visit we sat outside with adequate shade from the strong sun(June) our second visit we sat inside which had air conditioning. We built up a rapport with the owner Fabio who kindly treated us to one of the best limoncello's we have had.
Overall an excellent experience with very friendly staff.

My partner and I came across this restaurant and were not extremely hungry but wanted something quick to eat. The reason we chose this restaurant from the various others beside it was because the prices seemed slightly more reasonable. As we looked over the menus we decided to share a pizza which we have done many other times during our trip to Italy. Little did we know that apparently it is against the rules to share a pizza and the waiter refused to serve us.

How does this make any sense? They basically determined that our money was of no value and we decided to eat at the restaurant next door who were more than accommodating to our simple request.

WARNING: only go to this restaurant if you dont care about service at all!
