The hotel is almost hidden in a backyard, and gives a feelind of privacy in a romantic setting.
The rooms are cozy and clean with enough storage room for anything you might have.
Included is a beautiful vanity and a bathroom, which is stocked with all the essentials you might need. The employees are all very friendly and quick to help and speak english fluently. All in all one of the nicest places I've been in and also one of the cheapest.
A big thumbs up for that and I hope to see you soon ;)

We stayed in the 2 bed private with shared bathroom. Everything was clean, room had a sink in it and tv. Shared the bathroom with maybe 3 other rooms but never had to wait The bell tower chimed at 7am each morning so if you leave the window open it may wake you up but otherwise quiet part of the island. The location was great, a short walk from the train station and a 20-30 min walk from the farther tourist spots. A lot of restaurants nearby along the canal. Would recommend going to the food market near the Rialto bridge for fresh produce, the fish looked great too but had nowhere to cook it.

Meant to review this AGES ago but never had the time.

Was there January 2009, booked the double bed - shared bath. Rooms were clean with nice comfy pillows and bed. Was slightly chilly tho, the heater didn't work quite as well as it should have. They provide shower gel and shampoo if anyone's asking? No tub or hair dryer tho. (I brought my own, so didn't bother asking housekeeping)

Otherwise, a great place to crash(aka sleep) in. More like a guesthouse/hotel. Very nice, quiet and peaceful location. Security's good and definitely wouldn't mind staying there again.

Staff spoke decent enough English although weren't all that helpful with tourist information like where to go or transportation. Tho I suppose Venice is walkable without much need of using their vaporettos.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, I have to say that it must be one of the best hotels in Venice for the location, service and price. Its not the Ritz, but its very clean and comfortable. Our next trip to Venice will be at this hotel!

Highly recomended!
