Just returned from Venice and was very happy with the experience. The apartment was spacious and clean and the air conditioning was wonderful. There is even free wifi. Listening to the gondoliers singing on the canal was priceless. Michele was very accomodating to our needs. He printed out our flight boarding passes and arranged a water taxi for our trip to the airport. Thank you Palazzo Odoni!

Travelling as three when finding a Hotel can be more difficult . ( a decent bed for our daughter etc.) The suite that Michele had us stay in eliminated any of our concerns. He was also very helpful with advice and guidance during our stay. First the suite was beautiful. Central location, small reastaurant next door for breakfast to get us going (5 euro per head ) and a great 2nd floor view fo the canal.40 euro cab ride to the airport or a ten min walk withe luggage to the train station. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time in the romantic city of Venice, and Palazzo Odoni contributed to that.

Firstly, the rooms were enormous and the kitchenette was well-stocked. The bathroom was spotless and the jacuzzi bath was a nice treat. The bedroom was comfortable.

The members of staff were very friendly. You have to leave your keys with reception on leaving the palazzo and buzz yourself in on your return - this was no problem; we were never left waiting very long outside.

One of the best things about this place is the location - it is a short walk from Piazzale Roma which is handy for arriving/leaving. We visited in the winter, but I bet the courtyard is even more beautiful in the summer.

I'd love to go back to Venice and would hope that the Palazzo Odoni is available!

Our spacious and very clean apartment slept five comfortably. Convenient to the Piazza Roma and the Santa Lucia train station. Had a view of one of the smaller canals and could watch the gondolas go by. The owners were extremely helpful. Same accommodations near St. Mark's Square would be twice as much! A true taste of Venice. Stairs could be a hindrance to some, as there is no elevator. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was an amazing place. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our cuise. If you are cruising, this is a an excellent location as it is within walking distance of Piazalla Roma, the train and bus station, and close to nearby attractions and the grand canal.

We shared a 1 bedroom apartment with a canal view with another couple to reduce costs. The apartment was on 2 floors: the kitchenette, dining room and livingroom on the 2nd floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. There were 4 of us but the apartment was quite large and could accommodate up to 6 people as there was a double bed in the bedroom, a double pull-out sofa bed and 2 twin pull-out sofa beds in the livingroom. Although we didn't cook, the well equiped kitchenette was convenient for us to make our morning tea.

We were there 2 days and 2 nights. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning did not seem to work and it was very hot in the apartment resulting in us having trouble sleeping. When I spoke to the attendant in charge I was told by the first one that it was working but we just couldn’t hear it. When I spoke with the second attendant the next day he said that we should just open the windows, which we had already done but it was still hot in the apartment.

Overall it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful. If not for the heat I would definitley stay there again.
