After a long days travelling (7:30am ish flight from Gatwick) we arrived in Venice armed with some recommendations from our landlord. We wanted something quick, filling and tasty and Ai Sportivi provided that. The pizza's were very large; good job we had not had anything to eat since the snack the airline provided, as it was a struggle to finish. My son tried the last item on the Pizza menu (89 in total) which was a cross between a calzone and a pasty. Looked good and tasted great. A bit of a mix up with my daughter's pizza, but soon remedied - and it was freshly cooked, not just the offending article removed. We sat inside with a view out on to the square, we found it better to sit inside, as well as being cheaper it also meant that it was non-smoking. Would recommend anyone to give it a try as it was such good value for Venice.
