We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It takes a bit of getting used to the beams in the floors and ceiling but once you do, it is a charming place. All the basics (small but workable kitchen, washer, air conditioning, wifi, decent sized bathroom) with a very nice private terrace. No canal view but still nice. We liked the location since it is fairly quiet and not in the crowds of St. Mark's or Rialto, but it is close to the accademia bridge so you can get across to the other side without needing the vaporetto. We only used the vaporetto once, to get to Giudecca (it's much cheaper to use your feet and the bridges). It is just 2 blocks from the Rezzonico alilaguna stop, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. Lots of nice, not-too-touristy restaurants on the street. One thing to note is that you have to climb several steep staircases to get to this apartment and there are no elevators, so it is definitely not handicap-accessible. A representative from the rental company met us at the Rezzonico stop when we arrived from the airport and spent a lot of time making sure we knew how to use everything in the apartment. Great price, great location, we would stay here again.
