The 3C and Fabio, the owner, made our stay feel like home. The 3C is comfortable, quiet, welcoming at the end of a hard day of walking up and down the many bridges of Venice among crowds of other tourists. The setting is virtually steps away from San Marco Sq., shopping and restaurants. Rooms are equipped with every modern convenience, bathrooms spotless and mattresses wonderfully comfortable. I loved the fresh breakfast each morning including coffees, fruits, juice, rolls, cheese and meats, various cereals, yogurts...name it, they have it. If we visit Venice in the future, the 3C is going to be our first stop.

Room Tip: The 3C has five rooms, every one is exceptional.

We had stayed at the 3C in 2011 and on our first return to Venice we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. The location, the cleanliness, the breakfasts and the quiet, hasn't changed. Although we did miss Mama who has now retired. Fabio and his team are still very attentive and helpful to their guests. The 3C is very close to some of the main action in Venice. Only minutes (walking) from St. Marks Square, The Doge's Palace, and many fine restaurants. One of the main Vaparetto stops for to and from the airport and the cruise ship terminal is just a 3 minute walk. This B&B is a no brainer, but don't leave your reservation too long or it will not be available. Too many have heard about this gem. As I said once before if we return to Venice we will return to the 3C and recommend it to you.

My wife and I stayed in a quad at 3C with two grown children in late May and had a great experience. the room was divided by a sliding door for privacy and had ample space for the four of us. 3C is ideally located just several blocks from san marco square and the waterfront yet it is very private and incredibly quiet. the place is spot-on clean and well maintained. breakfasts are very good. snacks (fruit and cookies) are always available for guests. its greatest asset is the proprietor, Fabio, who is a real gentleman. he displayed a genuine interest in the well-being of his guests. He escorted us from the dock upon our arrival and back to the dock on our departure. he is also highly knowledgeable about venetian and italian history and culture and is enthusiastic about sharing this information with guests. i have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place; my family loved it and we recommend it highly.

We stayed 3 nights beginning on 5/24. Fabio the innkeeper was extremely helpful in recommending transportation and meals. He even made reservations for us. The 3C was spotlessly clean and modern. The location is hard to beat, only a hundred yards or so from a main water station and immediately adjacent to Doge's Palace and St. Mark's square. It is a small B&B and breakfast is served right outside the rooms. Breakfast is excellent, but it may be hard to sleep in if you were so inclined. We were up for breakfast and wanted to make the most of each day, so it was not an issue for us. We stayed at 4 different places on our vacation to Europe and the 3C was our favorite. Would absolutely stay there again.

Being our first time visiting Italy, we are very careful and selective when it comes to accommodation. We are truly happy to find 3C B&B. The location is convenient for us to arrive by water bus (which took approx 45 mins on Line 2) and we have no problem finding the place following the instruction on the website. The Zaccaria stop is mere 2 minutes walk from 3C and we bought the 72-hour vaporetto card at €35 for unlimited rides and had a wonderful time travelling through the Grand Canal. Our stay of 3 nights was very enjoyable and Fabio is a great host. Our only suggestion is to provide free wi-fi throughout instead of free for 50 mins after which is chargeable. We will definitely return to stay again.
