I needed a place in Venice that could accommodate a family of four (2 teenagers) and my 84 year old mother. Fabio was able to put us in a family suite and my mother in a separate room. The B and B was just as it appears in the photos. Very clean and modern. Fabio helped us with our daily itenerary. He booked restaurants and shows for us. We were pleased with all of his recommendations. Fabio goes out of his way to meet all of your needs. I look forward to returning one day!

We could not have found a more perfect B and B. The location, modern and artfully decor, and personal attention from the owner made our three nights in Venice, the perfect end to our vacation.
Easy walk from the vapporetto stop. St. Marks Square is so close, you won't hesitate to linger longer at the cafes, or stop for an aperitif or espresso on you way to or from the B and B. Fabio was helpful, providing excellent directions to and from the airport. I recommend 3 C B and B without hesitation to anyone traveling to Venice.

Easy to find from the water bus stop and situated close to San Marco square and plenty to see and do, but with a quite and intimate feel! Fabio was extremely helpful with advice on places to go for our first visit to Venice, as well as in his recommendations on places to eat...We WILL be visiting again!

We stayed at the 3C for three days just as the spring arrived to Venice. When we arrived we were greeted by Fabio who runs the place. He was very kind and helpful throughout the stay providing us with information about the city and sights. The room was very nice and always clean when we returned after a day out.

The breakfast selection was beyond the expected. Fresh fruit, croissants, yoghurt and bread among other things.

All in all a very nice place to stay! Definitely a place we would recommend and stay again ourselves.

Also, if you decide to go to Venice be sure to visit the Winebar Enoiteca Mascareta. Good wine and food with a cosy atmosphere.

We spent 2 nights here in April, Venice was great - Fabio was also very helpful with finding our way around and waterbus information etc.

The B&B is really nicely decorated and very clean, rooms are nice and modern.

Big bonus is the location, only about 100 yards from the waterbus stop and pretty much in St Marks Sq however tucked away well enough to be nice and quite.

Venice is great so many nice cafes and make sure to take a trip out to Burano.

Have to pay for wifi and drinks/water in mini fridge which made it feel less homely and more like a hotel.

We just returned from 2 weeks in Italy and 3C was the best! The rooms are small by American standards, but remember that most of Europe has "miniature" rooms! However, the bathroom was HUGE compared to all other rooms we had and included a heated floor and towel bars. The bed was quite comfortable and the location was excellent, just steps away from St. Mark's Square. You will not regret staying one block away from the Vaporetti stop. We watched other travelers struggle with baggage over the bridges to hotels in the middle of Venice! However, the best part of our stay was our most welcoming host, Fabio. He was our personal travel agent while there suggesting restaurants to enjoy as well as which ones to stay away from! He delightfully made breakfast for us each morning. On our last day there, he kept our bags until afternoon when our train left for Florence. This place is impeccably clean and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if we visit Venice again.

We stayed at the 3C for two nights in March, 2013. Our nieces and daughter stayed in one large room and we stayed with our son in a two room studio with a sliding door between the rooms.
The B and B was clean, modern and updated in a prime location behind St. Marks' Piazza. Fabio was an excellent host who handled our lost luggage, recommendations for restaurants, the fuse we blew with our American heating pad and all other issues with great friendliness and competence. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee a great start to the morning. I recommend the B and B wothout hesitation.

Room Tip: Both our rooms were great.
