Agree with all what was said before. The staff was very warm, the food great, and the wine delicious. I can't say the prices are cheap, but they are very reasonable, and the quality to price ratio is very high.

The price itself is amazingly clean, even the lamps on the ceiling have no dust. Usually it is a sign of an owner who cares about his place.

“Wish this was in my town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2014

What a superb place for a great lunch and such great value for money in a city where it is easy to be a victim to inflated prices. Having marvelled at the fish on sale at the Fish Market, All'Arco showed us what tasty treats could be made with them. Either standing inside or sitting at one of the pavement tables outside, the justifiably renowned cicchetti are absolutely delicious - sardines with onions, finely sliced or stuffed octopus, raw ham, anchovies, salt cod …. all so simple but really wonderful food. Even better with a glass of spritz or wine, this is a very welcoming gem of a place.

“Really lovely.”

This is a really great place for chicheti, standing room only, we had the best Baccala Mantecato (creamed salt cod) and a glass of Campari spritz, a lovely welcoming atmosphere and the feeling that this is a place that its visited by locals and tourists alike.

“best cicheti in Venice”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2014

A bit hard to find, but this cicheti bar serves such freshly made small bites that the locals keeping coming back for. Value pricing, and even though half the time I didn't really know what I was eating, it was good!

“Tremendous”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 9, 2014

We tried this place on the back of the many great reviews on trip advisor and a good write up in an old edition of lonely planet and are so glad we did.
If you hadn't picked up on the reviews you might not give the place a second glance as it sits slightly off one of the Rialto Market streets and looks pretty rustic - but you would be missing out on a treat.
The food is every bit as good as everybody says, the wine is good and it's super value all round.
But the most striking thing for us was the atmosphere. It's such a happy place to be. The staff were happy and friendly - I'm guessing its family run - and the customers were certainly happy. It was mad busy but it didn't take long to be served. Slick but laid back at the same time, a great combination.
There are a few small tables and chairs tucked outside but it is definitely not a sit down lunch place, very much eat and go. And we were glad we ate and happy that we went.
