Use your instinct we only went here due to reviews on trip advisor, we passed 2 perfectly good restaurants on the way. For a place that ONLY does pizza, yes they are big and fall of the plate, is that a good thing? Get bigger plates! If your only going to do thin pizza they meed to be perfect. cook it longer as it was soft and turned to mush. Not thin and crispy at all! Ingredients were average, tinned mushroom, average sauce, house presecco wasnt bad thou.

The worst bit was my wife ordered a salad, (as this was the only alternative really on the menu apart from pizza) she ordered one with eggs, they arrived with black lines around the yoak and smelled well passéd their best!
Service average, location, average... Not worth a visit if you are into your food really.

Not only was this cute little place just something we stumbled on but it was also the best pizza we had on our entire trip in Italy!!
The server was super nice and helpful, our champagne was bubbly and delicious. The pizza we had was spicy salami and other veggies, I forget the name but get anything with that salami, it was to die for! I would go back to this place if we are ever in the area again [fingers crossed]

We ate our delicious mushroom pizza in the garden in the rear of the restaurant. It was pleasant and quiet and the food and service were both perfect.

If you are considering going here, think and choose again!

Given the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor, this restaurant was at the top of the to-try list. We wondered off into the narrow streets to find this cozy looking restaurant.
We arrived around noon and were the first ones there. It was a nice day out so we decided to sit outdoors.
There, we ran into the first problem, there were hundreds of mosquitos by the garden and my boyfriend was getting eaten alive! We moved to a table inside to get away from them, and all seemed calm once again.
Then came the second problem... the pizza. It arrived and it was disgusting. It tasted more like a stale saltine cracker with pieces of processed cheese that wasn't melted all the way. It had very little taste and I couldn't finish even half of it. My boyfriend's pizza has a little more taste, but the crust still tasted like a stale cracker.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the service was horrible. We ordered our pizzas by the # on the menu so there would be no mistakes, yet they brought out the wrong pizza. Most of the staff are not at all friendly to tourists, they will crack jokes about you in Italian (they had no idea I understood most of it. One even made a racial slur). That being said, this would not a be such a big problem if you don't understand Italian.

Very disappointed. Probably the worst meal I had in Venice.

We tried this place based on Trip Advisor feedback and we weren't disappointed. On the way in we met a couple who were just leaving and who said it was the best pizza they had ever tasted. I agree with them! We sat in the terrace out the back under the persimmon trees. We tried the sausage (pepperoni) pizza and the prosciutto and pepper pizzas. Huge size, the pizzas overlapping our plates. Thin, crispy base with a crunchy crust. What a flavour!!! Lots of choices and any combination of pizza seems possible here. Because it's so light and not like the heavy salt laden doughy pizzas you get in Britain, you can actually finish your pizza and not feel completely bagged up. They sell wine and draught beer too and there seemed to be a good choice of desserts. Tiramisu and panna cotta etc and they looked really tasty (they were on display in a chilled cabinet). The place was very busy when we went which was about 9.30pm. There was a good atmosphere. They have a wide screen TV in the restaurant which was on because Italy were playing Malta the world cup qualifiers and they were winning. Definitely worth a visit if you want the real deal on a pizza!
