“Gorgeous place... Great to people watch from..”
Reviewed August 11, 2013 via mobile

We had coffee here and although our waiter was a bit snooty and coffee bit pricey, great to imagine Paduans over the years mulling over weighty matters while we just discussed where to go next..

“Not pompous at all!”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

In central Padova(Padua) I had heard about this little gem-not as pompous as I had thought. There is the "green room", where students from the nearby University or passers by can sit and relax; I opted to sit out the front (near the famous lions) and people watch, whilst having the famous Caffe Pedrocchi- a big mint hit, but only 5 Euros! I was advised by the waiter "do not sweeten, do not stir"....good advice

“Nothing like it”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

In Padova you must have a cup at Pedrocchi for their signature mint-flavoured coffee, stirring prohibited. It's a dream and worth a trip.

“A real suprise”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

We went to the Cafe Pedorcchi because it was free with the Padova card we purchased .What we found was a finely decorated private home ,now a museum, some delightful older men who were the caretakers, and a very informative museum of the stories of the conflicts that have involved Padova, the revolution in the 19th century right to IL Duce.the only negative comment is that ther could be more information in English

“Special coffee”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Caffè Pedrocchi is a neo-classic style building with an ornate Gothic part. It was a meeting point for students, I was a bit disappointed, the interior is a bit tired looking, I did try their special coffee though and I must say I enjoyed, something a bit different, probably not worth the price but our waiter was very kind and even offered us some of their special sweets.
