Central to town. Not far from Gondola. Friendly and accommodating staff. Simple but comfortable and clean room albeit on the small side. Good breakfast spread. Couldn’t really ask for more. Excellent value hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend to others.

We stayed two nights whilst walking the TMB so that we could have a rest day in Courmayer. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good ensuite and a balcony overlooking the town and mountains. Reception staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was good .

We stayed for two nights while taking a short break during our TMB hike. The innkeepers were helpful steering us to good restaurants during our stay. We stayed in the newer annex building a block away and our rooms were very nice. The breakfast was better than most of the hotels we stayed at during our trip. The family made us feel special during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by super friendly people. It is worth getting a room with a view on the spectacular mountain range! I appreciated the balcony, and the large shower. The rooms are a tad small, and I would have appreciated a kettle to heat water for coffee or tea.
The location of the hotel is excellent, at walking distance from all restaurants and shops. We even hiked right out of the hotel.
Breakfast is included, with lots of choice and great freshly squeezed orange juice.
A ride up the SkyWay is a must!

Room tip: Definitely get a room with mountain view!

We stayed four nights at The Hotel Berthod and were extremely pleased. This quaint family-run hotel is remarkably convenient to everything. The bus terminal is an easy walk as are most restaurants. Getting to the Skyway is an easy one Euro bus ride away. The rooms are extremely clean, have great views, and are modern in a very home-like manner. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a selection of cheeses, meats, breads, juices, cereals, yogurt, nuts, hardboiled eggs, and pastries. The cappuccino and expresso were to the exact preferences of my wife, and each morning a pot of hot water for my tea was quickly available.
The owner, Gabriela and her daughter Julia and her son, was all so very friendly and helpful and helped us with bus and skyway schedules and directions as well as restaurant suggestions. They would inquire about our day when we returned in the late afternoon or early evening. The owner’s son was extremely helpful in guiding me through directions to get English programming (movies and news) on the room TV. This was a delightful and romantic getaway for us!
