Good food, friendly staff, central location, nice and clean. There is some street noise. My one complaint is my room was by the lift shaft. Good shower, good bed and pillows.

(The staff were very patient even with the vulgar, noisy group from the USA who had everyone else wincing.)

The Hotel is bang in the centre of Courmayeur, with access to all the things you need on a skiing holiday:
Not far from the main Cable Car (300-400 metres)
Easy for car or coach to drop off
Apres-ski bars on your doorstep
Didn't notice a ski hire shop close by but there should be one!
My room did not have a view but was tucked away and quiet Room 32) no traffic or other noise I noticed!
The room was large enough for two fully grown men, but we did push them apart!
Bathroom was actually large with a decent sized bath and a joke shower, perfect for a boiling hot bath after a long day.
Staff were fantastic, very friendly and attentive.
Evening food was fine, not outstanding, but lots of it, choice of 3 mains, no veg on the card (But I'm not a veggie so might have been available) Always ended up too full
Breakfast was buffet style, with loads of different things to eat and drink. Again completely full before burning off loads of calories during the day.
Free Wifi worked in the main part of the hotel (if you can read the code provided!)
High point - friendly staff.
Low point - decor a bit tired.
Courmayeur is a lovely little place which suited a long weekend of fairly intensive skiing, slopes compact enough to meet up with fellow travelers on lifts and restaurants, and the snow conditions were perfect!

Room Tip: Rooms in the early to mid 30-s seem to be in a small annex, access from the main stairwell, and very quiet. 32 did not have any view but I didn't need one!

Just back from a ski trip with Crystal to this hotel and value for money was incredible. We were located a very small (very hot) room in the basement of the hotel, view was a blank wall, shower cubical tiny and food was ok (not quite 5 star that other reviewers have commented) BUT the staff were absolutely lovely, location is superb for lifts bars and shops, breakfasts nice, hotel clean and lovely fire every evening after dinner. And when you have paid £380 for a flight from the UK, transfers and half board in a hotel it doesn't get better than that. Courmayeur is an absolute gem and I have skied all over Europe but this will now be one of my favourites - very quiet pistes that are perfectly groomed and some amazing mountain restaurants. Loved it!

Room Tip: Room 31 had a shower only big enough for someone 5 foot tall and a view of a concrete wall - so not great - out friends were in 209 and it was lovely

We stayed for one week.
Everything perfect at this superb hotel. The staff are the most friendly, helpful and efficient hotel staff I have met.
The food at breakfast and dinner is 5 star and very plentiful.
Location is perfect at the end of Via Roma - just 5 mins to the cable car.
The whole resort and the surrounding areas are beautiful.
Skiing is not for first timers though.
A wonderful week with wonderful people and scenery.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony room with a view of the mountains.

“Hotel Courmayeur” is just like its namesake Town; small, charming, and beautiful. We spent only one night in there, and we wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the lovely town and lovely hotel. Everything about this hotel is great, from the friendly staff to the amazing room with the amazing view of Mont Blanc. I have so little to complain about in this hotel, one thing in particular which is the room temperature at night, which was a little cold, but I was not really expecting them to turn on the heaters at June, and it was not unpleasantly cold, just a little chilling.

Our room has great characteristic to it; very memorable, and it was very comfortable. The bathroom is big and well equipped, and the room has a balcony with the greatest view. The room has a TV set and even pay per view, but it has no safe. The hotel is on a street that connects you to great shopping and restaurant, and it is 5 min walk from the bus station and tourist center. Breakfast was really good, but it was basic Italian with no fuss. But the jam selections were great, and for the first time in Italy I had a plain croissant that was not stuffed with jam or sprinkled with sugar, it was a minor thing probably not worth mentioning, but it made me smile because I prefer it this way. The coffee was good as well.

As I said my only regret was not having more time to spend there, because I was totally in love with the place, and hopefully I will return someday to spend more time in that gem of a hotel.
