We arrived for a lunch on the last day of our holiday after making a large group booking. On arrival I asked where our table was and was told outside. We went back outside and asked someone ( who turned out to be the manager) and she told us in no uncertain terms our table was not outside but inside. I explained that we had been told to come outside and therefore were confused. She stated that she ran the place and gestured that we went inside. No attempt was made to show us where our tables were. We waited 40mins before anyone even came to take our drinks order and then a long time for our food to arrive; a pizza which had a distinct limited supply of ham and mushrooms. During our weeks ski-ing in courmayer we found the staff in all the other lunch stops and our hotel to be very warm and hospitable (even when they were clearly very busy) this was in stark contrast and very disappointing for our last day.
