“Worth a detour”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

This is probably the best steak and beef restaurant in downtown Cervinia. It is an interesting pub/restaurant where the restaurant side is completely isolated so that the noise from the bar side stays outside. Incredibly friendly and nice staff and the names of all staff are clearly marked on the menus so that you know exactly who you are dealing with. Steaks are fried French style meaning your raw will probably not even touch the frying pan, medium means rare, etc so make sure you are specific about what you mean. Great ambiance and stylish cozy. Desserts are also tremendously delicious. Highly recommended but make sure you book a table up front as seats are limited. (During our visit we actually noticed the owner of the #1 rated restaurant in the area was also dining here ... maybe a clue to the quality of this place.)

“Very good, a bit pricy”
Reviewed March 20, 2013 via mobile

Meat was excellent. Pizza was excellent and so was the pasta. The chicken schnitzel from the kids meal was good enough for an adults entree. Wine list very good. Service was pretty good though the kids food came last! But of the three dinners we had in Cervenia, this was the most expensive. The overcharge was €4 which kind of makes you feel as a rip off. Overall, very good dinner.

A great bar, great staff and a great atmosphere. Try the Aperol spritzers! If you get the chance to do the wine tasting there, go! Plenty of good quality wines on offer and a fabulous selection of local appetisers.
