We have stayed one night. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly! Not expensive and very modern! The location is out of the center und walking around 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A steel-and-glass building of modern design, with a rather rarefied decor. Sleek but somehow cold. Good room, spacious, well furnished, with tea and coffee facilities; bathroom of reasonable size. Sparking clean. Good and varied breakfast, my only complaint, the quality of coffee. The hotel is located in a quiet, newly developed area, on the margins of downtown, at about 2 km from the historic centre. Indoor parking available for 7€/night. Polite and kind personnel. Good quality/price ratio.

We travelled as a couple and together with some family members. This hotel was such a handy option. The location is easily accessible, quiet, and just a few moments from lots of shops, restaurants, museums and a lovely pedestrian route to the city centre. The staff is lovely and prompt to attend requests. Prices are reasonable and it was fairly easy to book. The bar offers a great selection of beverages too. The only down was with regards to the quality of the food -- I suppose the coffee beans and breads could be much better. The service at the restaurant is lovely though. Great choice, would be happy to stay with them again!

Three nights in this hotel: overall, to be approached with caution.
Firstly, the positives:
- It is close to the centre, but also in a quiet, very new planned area. Easily walked to centre for dinner, aperitivi, etc.
- The room itself is spacious and modern.
- The staff were courteous and helpful at all times.
A few bémol deter from a good impression:
- The bed linens are of low quality, akin to basic IKEA level.
- The room was consistently hot and stuffy: it was impossible to turn off the heat, as it would resume itself automatically when leaving the room.
- Smoke from outside entered the ventilatory system (smokers gather beneath windows/doors and it apparently sucks things in)

The architectural design of this hotel is stunning. The room however was a bit less impressive:
- it felt small (there is very little room to move around the very large bed) and not very bright.
- it offered little privacy as it overlooked an apartment building a very short distance in front.
- there's a narrow tub, and in my opinion a little dangerous to climb over it (especially when you get out and it is wet and slippery) when you take a shower
- the toilet flush buttons looked of the fragile variety and indeed one of them was broken.

On the positive side:
- breakfast offers much variety and good quality (and the breakfast room is also stunning in design).
- all personnel were extremely polite and friendly.

In giving a judgement, I cannot ignore the fact that we were paying well above the 100 euros per night mark for a double room. If you have a car, parking is extra (I see other guest mentioning they received a Trento card, but I didn't). In this price category in this city, I think this is only average value.
