Very good hotel, actually one of the best we stood in Italy. It's quite difficult to find since it is inside an industrial area, what makes it far from the historic centre, Very good restaurant and breakfast.

If you have your own car, this hotel is very conveniently located off a ring road - and in spite of its position it is quiet. If you don't have a car, you are in trouble. Driving into town is inconvenient when it comes to parking, but the Hotel will arrange for a car to drive you in and pick you up (not in the evenings, though), although there may be hiccups.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, although interior designers have gone in overdrive when they decided to design rooms with no drawers of wardrobes - all is in sight, which I don't quite like.

On the plus side, definitely a working free internet connection, and at last a hotel that will provide you with complimentary coffee making facilities. The minibar contains only water, which is however complimentary.

When it comes to the bathroom, again interior designers must have been on a half-drunken prank, as the doors are so wide (especially considering the modest size of the bathroom) that closing the door behind you is a little laborious. The walk in showers are also not wide enough, so you are most likely to soak the floors.

Toiletries are essential (shower gel and shampoo, shower cap, shoe polish and tissues), so no moisturizers, but adequate nonetheless.

Breakfast is also ok, though somewhat variable: for instance, there is organic apple juice but also some orangey drink which I don't think has seen much fruit. Mind you, the price/quality ratio is excellent, which is why I keep going back.

Last but not least: staff are friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: If you want a "wood" floor, ask for a room on the first floor, as in all other floors room...

We got suite instead of the standard room that we ordered since they heard that we're on honeymoon, with no extra charge :) The room was extremely nice and comfortable with minibar and everything. The only thing is the location of this hotel, which is located in an industrial zone near the main railways. we didn't hear any noises but find no where nice to eat in the area, and driving to Trento took us about 15 minutes, and it's pretty complicated. The staff were so kind and explained us all we needed abut the dolomits and the area. Recommended for people with car.

I have stayed here twice. Both times, I needed a place to rest between my trips between southern Italy and Germany. The staff speaks very good english, the rooms are clean, and they are very accomodating of families and pets.

The restaurant in the hotel is okay but a little overpriced. Also, the directions to the hotel are very cryptic and confusing. Both times, I was lost trying to find the hotel.

Excellent location: the hotel was less than a kilometre away from the highway and yet, close enough to either city of Trento and the beautiful mountains in the area. Exceptional interior: the room had more amenities than I would expect from a 4-star business hotel, including the contemporary design of the furniture and the bathroom, the new equipment and the cleaness. Breakfast: just the way it needs to be, with a lot of choice for both Continental and Mediterranean food, vast variety of cakes and fruits. Personnel: very polite, helpful and friendly. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to visit it back.

Excellent, silent and well located hotel with very helpful and guest-oriented service! Even if you forget something important (like for us: connected rooms), they will do their best to fulfill your "additional" wishes... Nothing is impossible if people want to help you! Entire hotel, rooms and service are very close to 5*!

Very nice hotel. New, fresh and modern. Fine rooms with excellent designed bath room. Nice staff and good breakfast. Free Wii for kids and free parking. Excellent climate in the room even if the temperature outside was 30+. Very much recommended when going through Austria to Italy. Also close enough to Venice.
