We revisited this hotel after not having stayed here for years. The location is perfect and therefore an obvious pick, however it's quite clear that the quality has gone down hill.

The hotel is under staffed and therefore everyone seems 'on call' to attend to guests' needs. If the front desk person isn't there, the bar man tries to help you. Our check-in took forever as the attendant was busy doing a multitude of other duties.

The room was dated. Bed coverings were old and cheap. No amenities are provided. Breakfast was good however it's in the basement of the hotel and has no ambience.

The only parking close by is a communal parking lot and cost 18 euro per day.

Internet was atrocious. Almost non-existent really. We were having to log-in at each use and finally were given the staff password to expedite the process.

A bit sad as our first stay was really great.

Place was great. I was lucky enough to check in early. Room was comfy and large. Water provided. I just could not get the internet with the phone, laptop was fine. In 2018 this should not be a problem. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel and staff are excellent.
They work hard to look after the guests.
Breakfast was served early to accommodate an early start for our race.
Lovely breakfast, great location , very clean hotel.
I would definitely recommend

The hotel is essentially a small facade, unbalconied, small building that has been renovated into extraordinary well furnished rooms with exquite trimmings and bathroom installations. Quite, insulated, one the finest shower installations for its size and character. The breakfast room is dungeony in the sense of having exploited the only available area for the purpose and in the best possible way. Discerning clientele and Mme. Joanna, if memory serves, provided the best practical knowledge for the town-restaurants-parking you enquire she supports. Last but not least the location could not be better, near the cathedral and the centrre. This hotel lacks common room, lounges, a bar etc and the reception bifurcates | is almost part of a charming cafeteria with fine outdoor seating.

We stayed here on our way to a ski trip in the Dolomites - Trento is very conveniently located if you are travelling by train as you can stay here and then get picked up by the FlySkiShuttle transfer. We stayed in the Ferrari Suite - which was fabulous - not only because of the spa and sauna in the room, but also because of the fabulous views over the old town - truly spectacular! We’ll definitely be back.
