“Good residence for the family”
Reviewed March 3, 2014

Modern style apartments, close to historical center. Spacious, bright, functional and clean. Nice and friendly staff. The only point is that it's surrounded by other buildings, so there are no views from windows. But on the other hand - very calm and safe place.

Stayed two nights with a friend in a one bed apartment as part of our travel between Rome and Basel. When you reach Porta Nuoa train station exit to the left and then turn left at that street and walk about 10minutes on flat ground till you reach the apartments which are through large double doors or gates and behind the building you are facing. You could also take the tram and hop off at the second stop. The apartment was clean and well equipped and had a large bathroom. Great to have a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes more efficiently than by our usual method, (by hand). The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Make sure you ask at check in for instructions on how to operate the digital stove stove top and how to operate the microwave. There is a supermarket about 300 metres up the road to your left after you come out the front double doors or gates. Overall a great place to stay and a great price. I would stay here again if I return to Turin and definitely recommend the apartments to friends, family and other travellers.

This is a very reasonably priced apartment with nice comfortable bed, good shower room, useful kitchenette with microwave, fridge, freezer etc but not a lot of personality. No views etc but it was certainly spot on for price and sometimes you just need to have a washing machine and a microwave etc - it makes for easy living. The number 4 tram is useful other wise it is a 15 minute walk to P. Nouva station and the beginning of the city centre. Do purchase a Turin/Piedmont card to make your stay easier. We got a 3 day one with transport included for 35 euros and it saved us a lot of money. Plus once you have stamped your transport card once you only need to show it in future if asked. The Homu Japanese restaurant next door is very good indeed and the people very friendly and a bit further down on your left is a Carrefour supermarket. The tram is at the end of Via Sacchi.

Luca the manager was great, always prompt with his emails and even changed our room to a more comfortable room. The room was clean tidy and all even a kitchenette if you wanted to stay in, not that we did as Turin is beautiful by night. Hotel is on the main tram line

We loved staying here for the 2 days spent in Torino.

We were a group of 4 friends and rented a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen and an extensible couch in the living room- kitchen.

The apartment was really welcoming, spacious, clean, private; Turattisette Art Residence has a lot of style !

We stayed there only for 2 nights; the apartment was equipped for longer stays: you have oven, fridge, cutlery, dishes, TV, wifi, etc.

They don't have 24h reception, but there were specific times of the day when you can find someone at the reception.

It takes about 15 min to reach the train station and around 25-30 min to reach the city center on foot.

No complaints, all was great, recommended.
