Owner description: The Museum is one of the most important of its kind in the world thanks to it vast collection and the many different scientific and educational activities it carries out. But what makes it truly unique is its special exhibit setup. The museum is located inside the Mole Antonelliana, a bizarre and fascinating monument which is the symbol of the City of Torino. And the various areas inside the Mole Antonelliana were the starting point for the Swiss set designer François Confino who, with talent and imagination, multiplied the museum's itineraries. He created a spectacular presentation that offers visitors continuous and unexpected visual and acoustic stimuli, just like when we watch a film that involves and moves us.

A must for anyone who loves cinema. Housed in a beautiful building, it shows many interesting aspects of film and filmmaking. The view from the top of the super-high tower is a bonus!

“Museum in the iconic "Mole Antoneliana"”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

The movie museum features clips from early Italian movies as well as classics from the United States and other countries. There are also full-size reproductions of movie sets, faithfully reproduced. It's a "must" for film buffs and those who are nostalgic for the famous films of the past. At the lower level, there are comfortable reclining armchairs for people who want to rest and just watch parts of great old movies.

“Fun for the film buff”
Reviewed November 27, 2013

Housed in the architecturally interesting Mole Antonielli, the Turin film museum offers a fun hour or two of nostalgia for the film buff, with great clips of old classics and historical commentary. Take the elevator to the top of the dome for a great view of the city.

“Great place to spend a 1/2 day”
Reviewed November 26, 2013 via mobile

Film museum that has the best view of Turin overlooking the city centre.

Sow rate ticket but worth the extra 6 euros to see the city from above.

The museum traces the origins of film from the start to present day. Great place both Italian & English display cards.
