We spent time in this park during the World Masters Games. When there was an event on and a lot of people partying, it was a great venue, but otherwise quite dull.

The outdoor nightclub on Friday nights is huge and tourist friendly, if a little expensive.

The park is a beautiful, verdant haven. We were able to wander around at leisure, gazing at the turquoise Po, easily seeking leafy shade in the heat of the day. We even had a lovely little piadino overlooking the river. It is certainly worth a visit.

Lots of lovely walks with plenty of trees giving shade. Toilet facilities are rustic! Better to use those of Cafes and restaurants on the outskirts.

If you want to get a peaceful feeling in the middle of the big city, this is the place to go to enjoy views of the River Po, the quaint medieval village, the green parkland and just watching people. This is Turin's equivalent to New York City's Central Park.
