manager is very helpful and knowledgable about local things of interest but the building is very poorly decorated , although breakfast was basic it was reasonable quality, part of a group booking made by Treyn company so probably relatively cheap. close to station

If you don't expect the height of luxury, this hotel is a good option. The staff were very friendly, the rooms warm and comfortable (if a little eclectically decorated) and the breakfast was fine. We had a room overlooking a busy road (first floor) but were not disturbed by traffic noise. Great for a stopover as it's just opposite Porta Susa train station. The city centre is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The hotel was excellent and in an amazing position close to the buses, trains and city center. you can walk to all the best attractions or catch a very frequent bus.
the rooms are very spacious and even the bathroom which also includes soap etc.
the breakfast is good and includes cereal, fruits, bread etc..enough to be full when you leave in the morning.
there are many shops in the area, even a small supermarket and the bus to the airport is just around the corner.
it is awesome for a high end budget holiday which offers all amenities as a more expensive hotel.
Staff are very friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day and very well.

Room Tip: we pre booked a room facing inward on the courtyard and it was very quiet.

Hotel Dock Milano is in a great location for exploring the city centre. My room was basic but perfectly adequate and was warm and had a comfortable bed (There was a double and 2 single beds in the room). TV was small and had loads of Italian only channels. Bath room was big and had a shower over the bath but no shower curtain so difficult not to soak the floor. The wifi worked well for a small fee. In room fridge was well stocked and reasonably priced. There was a safe in the room. Breakfast was a buffet and really quite good with hot and cold items, cakes, breads, hams, cheeses, yogurt, fruit cereals etc. Coffee was from a new looking machine and was OK. The hotel is opposite the Porta Susa Rail station but the airport train only goes to Torino Dura station so get the bus instead as it stops outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front face a busy street with trams etc making quite a bit of noise til late. Ask for...

Centrally located, just in front of Porta Susa station, around 20 minutes walking on foot to Piazza Castello. Area is surrounded by shops and transport connections to move around are very good.

Room size is good, comfortability of beds is fine, tough nothing special. Decor is somewhat old fashioned. Bathroom had all necessities and included all needs such as cotton buds shoe polisher, shower gel ecc. Room and bathroon were very clean and watter pressure was also good.

Breakfast selection was fine for a 3 star hotel, included pastries, bread, cheese, salami, nutella, cereals ecc. Quality of the breakfast was fine.

The hotel didn't offer free wi-fi but it is available at a smal fee. Staff was helpfull in whatever we enquired.

I recommend this hotel, it is central, clean and offers excellent value for money.

We arrived after a full day of train travel in the middle of a rain storm but readily found our way across the square and into the warm, comforting hotel. Staff spoke good enough English and wi-fi, while not free at 4 euros, worked like a charm. Breakfast was filling and sufficient. Room big compared to most I've seen in typical three star hotels and quiet but beds tiny and pillows were like a bag of rocks - which would be my only complaint. Other than that, recommended.

This is a very beautiful hotel in an old palatial building. It's located in a center, yet it's quiet. It's around the corner from a transit stop, train station Porta Susa, metro stop, and airport express stop. I was able to walk to all central sights.
