The hotel is excellently situated in the centre of Turin, and it is very clean. However we also experienced the rude night time porter, who claimed that our booking had been cancelled, which was definitely not true, and was very unpleasant about it, although he did find a room in the end. If you like a 1950s look, with everything covered in Formica, then this is the place for you, especially if you like pale almond green. Our biggest horror came from the drains in our bathroom, which smelt disgusting. It seemed to build up through the night. We complained and they said that they would deal with it, and they did seem concerned initially. However it did not go straight away, but slowly faded over the 4 nights that we were there. Finally they said that it was caused by the change of weather, and did not seem to be that bothered. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was really unappetising, although Italian hotels are not good at breakfast on the whole.

Room Tip: Do not book online, and ask for the top floor

here's the thing. no one wants to walk into a hotel with a lobby looking one way and the rooms looking 40 years behind. that's this hotel. its clean. its expensive. its uncomfortable. its beyond dated. DON'T GET A SINGLE ITS DEPRESSING. the 4th floor did feel soundproofed but i would never stay here again, i don't care if i were in a super pinch, i'd double the price to stay elsewhere.

Room Tip: if you want a good room, choose another hotel. you'd be better off in a mom in pop with some ch...

My family stayed here for a weekend tour of Turin. the hotel is centraly located within easy walking to all sights. The hotel rooms in Europe are normally small, this was an exception. The room was very comfertable and the bath room was big with counters. The staff is also very helpful. I highly recommned this hotel.

I stayed here on business and then was joined by my wife for a weekend city break. Overall, the hotel is well located and clean but there are downsides that mean I wouldn't stay here again.

The walls are extremely thin making for noisy nights. I was unlucky enough to have a couple in the next room partying together until 4am when I had to give a speech the next morning. Thankfully the staff are helpful -they moved me to a different floor the next day.

Moving floors had another benefit, one that i didn't realise until moving: the floors of the hotel are so different in standard and quality it's as if they are different hotels. Floor 1 has very poor lighting and stinks of cigarette smoke. Floor 3 though is bright and fresh.

A minor downside was that the breakfast is very poor. For a country with such great coffee it is almost criminal to serve what they do. However, I say it's a minor downside because in a country with such great cafes, who needs a hotel breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant enough after the first night. The location made up for the downsides at the hotel. But I wouldn't stay there again because you just don't know who your neighbors are going to be.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very friendly. If you are lucky, you will also get complimentary parking close to the hotel, which is a moneysaver since the parking in Italy is expensive. The breakfast was fine and the restaurant adjacant to the hotel has a nice menu and 10% discount for hotel's guests. For lunch there is a great self-service BREk just across the road. In Torino - this a good place to stay.

Le Petit Hotel, was a good recommendation. We were really happy with the room, it had an awesome balcony which we sat and enjoyed the evenings after our long walk around the city centre and sites of Turin. Everything was really close. The three of us were comfortable, the breakfast was good...but the coffee was really bad for Italian standard. (sorry guys) mi piace un buon cafe' al mattina.

Overall the place was ace and instead of coffee have some hot water or tea. Again thanks and I'd return without a second thought. And thank you Elena from sinistra ecologia liberta' (book reviews) for the recommendation.

Room Tip: We had the balcony room on the 3rd floor was lovely.
