Food and service are average. English speaking, yes, but the food is not much different in originality than in any Italian cafe you find in the USA. It can be difficult in Turin to find locally inspired, thoughtfully prepared food that also caters to English-speakers and this is not one of them. The ambience is strange-- like someone set up tables in the middle of a gift shop.
