I've stayed in this hotel three times, always in October while attending a convention next door. The lobby with its comfy couches and fireplace are a welcome place to land after a rainy day and a good place to meet people. The hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions in the city - churches, the Egyptian Museum, the palace, the fabulous Mole Antonelliana. It's also near the Porta Nuova train station and the river Po for a beautiful walk in the daytime or entertainment at night. The rooms in the hotel are European small and there is no coffee machine. But, the rooms have a small refrigerator and free wifi, which works. Downstairs, is a wonderful spa with a generous pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and sauna that, unfortunately, seemed like it opened too late and closed too early for me to take full advantage of it. The included breakfast buffet is huge and tasty. All in all, a comfortable place with a touch of class for spending time in Torino.

The Victoria Hotel is a delightful hotel in the charming city of Torino. It is well located to the historic center and sights. Many fine restaurants are nearby. The service is exceptional. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Ask for a room with a patio.

We recently (June 2012) found this hotel in the heart of Turin,Italy quite by chance and found it to be worthy of its 4-star ranking. Conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of Turin, it offers a touch of luxury but at a reasonable price. Looking for a place in Turin, give this hotel a consideration. You won't be disappointed!

The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, apart from the external facade of the building, which is not exciting; the main halls are very elegant; in my opinion the style and decor can stand comparison with many high level hotels in Paris. I must say, however that, almost in may case, the room was a little bit too simple for a four star hotel. I also noticed that the air condition was a bit noisy. Still the bathroom was large and comfortable, and I appreciated the free wi-fi connection. The breakfast is another strong point of the hotel: it was plentiful and offered in a very nice environment. I also visited the spa, which is elegant and relaxing. The service was perfect. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel; however, if one appreciates very comfortable rooms, I would probably suggest to select a superior or deluxe room.

Set on a side street but close to the main attractions, shops and central train station. Very comfortable rooms with great bathrooms. Free WiFi throughout hotel. Helpful staff. Great breakfast with lovely outdoor area in the courtyard.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Our rooms were beautifully appointed, the entire hotel was very tastefully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Although I didn't use the Spa, it certainly looked very inviting. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Hotel Victoria Turin Italy
My wife I and I were both speaking at a meeting in Turin. I first asked the organizer which was the best five star hotel in Turin. He said the Golden Palace. It talking with other colleagues who had booked into the Victoria, I realized I had asked the wrong question. I re-contacted the organizer and asked what was the best hotel in Turin. He said the Victoria. When the taxi turned into the courtyard, I was not sure how great this hotel was going to be. It has a very non-descript and non-flashy exterior, but in a quiet location. This turned out to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy. We had a spacious room on the top floor with a terrace. Excellent bed, pillows, amenities and wireless internet service (free). The service is five star: Rooms made up immediately when they notice you have turned in your room key (the old metal kind). This is very useful for people attending meetings: If you need to return to your room to work, it is wonderful to have it cleaned and ready. Maid service and towel exchange seems to happen magically when needed. But the best, indeed a key reason to choose this hotel is the spa. A beautiful Roman style room with one of the nicest swimming pools in any hotel. Great underwater lighting highlights the blue tile – just spectacular. There are two high intensity turbo jets at one end of the pool that better anything I have experienced (including at several "famous" German spas). There is a Jacuzzi – with good hydraulics but not terribly hot. There are multiple saunas at different temperatures, as steam room and cold still pool. In addition, there is a large table laid out with numerous fruits, cakes beverages etc. This entire spa experience was included in the room price (although a full complement of special treatments is available for extra charge). The front staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast, also included, was a full buffet as well as the ability to order with a very nice garden seating in the interior courtyard. This is definitely where you should stay in Turin!

Room Tip: We had a top floor which was wonderful - other friends were on lower floors looking into the garden...
