Our room, on the fourth floor, was tastefully newly decorated, well-appointed and quiet. The location is excellent, close enough (within a block or two) to the main cultural and shopping areas but not smack in the middle and therefore noisy. The weeekend package price was very fair. We plan to try out their hotels in Genoa and other locations.

Enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. Nice big rooms, lovely outdoor area. Breakfast was tasty. Location was great. Train station only 5-10 mins away. We enjoyed our visit. While in Turin the Egyptian Museum is a must see.

The staff was extremely friendly, useful and fast, in a way I had never seen before. I had a single room with excellent furniture. The pillows were huge, as I like them. The window gave to the courtyard, and the nights were very silent. One thing I much appreciated was that the window could be opened, stopping the air conditionning automatically.
Breakfast was excellent, with also very friendly staff. I did not try the restaurant though. I prefered to explore a bit downtown, with very good results.
I stayed there for 6 nights in August 2009. My purpose was to know the Torino baroque architecture in depth. I rented a car for two days and the hotel brought it in their parking every evening. All was so easy and without problems! And the bill was very reasonnable: the parking, the telephone, etc.
And before I forget: IT IS elegant.

Lovely clean and modern hotel-particularly liked the walk-in dressing room and the well lit bathroom in our junior suite! Nice touches such as the bowl of fruit gave impression staff cared. Breakfast was better than expected and the dinner was a great standard. In fact they catered for a coeliac with no prior warning. Particularly liked the small, quiet courtyard off the main lobby and we found the tortoise very friendly! Ideally situated for almost everywhere and would definitely stay again next time we visit this unexpectedly wonderful city.

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay in Torino at the Hotel Sitea very much. the weather in May was superb, and we found that the hotel was situated perfectly to take in many of the sights of the city. We were so pleasantly surprised with how beautiful Torino is, and how splendid the piazzas and buildings are. The Egyptian Museum, the second largest in the world , is a place not to be missed.
The staff in the hotel could not have been more accommodating or friendly. The room was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. We extended our stay one night as we enjoyed being at the hotel and in the city and wanted to explore it some more. Torino is simply a hidden gem that we would definitely return to, and would recommend the hotel most highly.

We stayed in Turin for a night after flying into Milan before heading to a guest house in Nice/Cote D'Azur for a week. Overall, the hotel worked well for us since we were exhausted after our flight from the US. We had a larger than typical room with a king bed and a pullout for our 3 year old daugther. Room would have been considered great but for very worn, old blue carpet when it seemed most of the other rooms had faux wood floors. Bathroom was rather large and nicely appointed.

Breakfast the next morning was Italian buffet style. Not quite as good as a couple of other breakfasts we have had in Italy.

All in all - we didn't find Turin to be as interesting as we had hoped. City seemed a bit dirty compared to Florence or Rome and we probably wouldn't recommend making Turin a stop on an Italian trip unless you need a place to pass through for the night as we did.

My husband and I were traveling with our 25-year old daughter and stayed at the Grand Sitea in Turin for 3 nights in a huge room with two gorgeous bathrooms-one with a bath and one with a stall shower; both with great space to put toiletries in the bathroom. Room was modern; had good storage; very clean; quiet. Great buffet for breakfast. The front desk was very helpful and efficient. The location was perfect - right near the Egyptian museum, a must see, the main piazzas and the Via Roma-main shopping street. I would stay here again in a second, and I highly recommend this hotel.
