“Not bad”

Waitress was nice even though all alone on a Saturday night. Old building, in a side street. Food was not bad, try it once.

“Welcome ethnic fix in the centre of the city”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2012

Curry like mama makes in Mumbai or the UK. Straightforward curry house close to the main railway station. We were in a hurry (for a train home) and managed to be in and out in under 1 1/2 hours thanks to top service and despite having 3 excellent courses. The food was exactly what it said on the tin and the Meera beer and the Bollywood on the TV completed the experience. The home made pistachio Kulfi was fantastic

“Mmm mmm masala”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2012

Visited the Curry Zone for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken tikka masala which was better than average. I really liked the cheese naan which I've never had before. The samosas were excellent. The service was good. Our server was very nice and could easily change from speaking Hindi, to Italian to English. We ate outside so I didn't get a chance to see inside the place, but the pictures looked nice. They also have decent Indian beer and wine. Although I later learned that the Kama Sutra wine is Australian. I would definitely recommend this place when you've grown tired of Italian food and need a nice change of pace.
