Stayed here recently (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment was fantastic, more than enough space for 4 people. In fact it could have slept 6 which would have suited us but this was hard to book online so my parents were in another, equally large, apartment. Perfectly located by the wonderful park and about a 30-40 min walk into the centre. Not loads of restaurants nearby that we could find though. Would highly recommend the hotel restaurant for very, almost underpriced(!), food (though it strangely had no menu). If ever I'm back in Turin would stay here without a doubt if only to try the spa which I never managed. Would have been a '5' if the beds were not so hard!

Well located - not too far from Stazione Porta Nuova but a little too far to walk; close to restaurants and a supermarket. We were given an enormous apartment, compared to our friends who also stayed there, with a well appointed kitchen but no washing machine. When we enquired about the washing machine we were told that they provided a laundry service (quite expensive and especially when staying for ten days) or else we could use a launderette outside the hotel. When we pointed out that their website indicated that a washing machine was provided and we had relied on this information, a machine was then installed in our apartment (probably because the size of the apartment permitted its inclusion - luckily for us). The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for shaving or putting on make-up but otherwise very good. Breakfast was included in our tariff and although quite good, there was not much variety from day to day although one could order something different or additional at an extra cost. The staff were always courteous and helpful.

I was most disappointed we were not provided with an electric jug in our room to make coffee and tea during the day. When requested we were told no electrics however I see on their website they advertise that a kettle is provided. Also, although laundry services could be provided at a cost it would have been very expensive using this service everyday. We had no transport and relied on buses, metro and taxis which made it difficult to access a laundry. Most of our clothes were not suitable for laundry machines. The SPA is the highlight of this accommodation and the staff as well. I felt the breakfast could have been mixed up a bit with some variety, cornflakes, fruit, yoghurt, cold meat, cheese and bread rolls everyday was not enjoyable for me. Although you could order other food it came at a high cost so we only did this once. Some variety during the week would have been good.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask the questions, is there a jug & toaster, what type of laundry services is provided. For 4 ladies on a sporting trip no washing machine was difficult. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on all week

I reserved 4 rooms at DuParc 2 years ago, planning ahead for the WMG.
I got a lot of help from Anya the assistant manager. She made sure eveything was perfect for us, and it was. The rooms are very spacious, modern and well equipped. What makes this place a 5 stars is the staff! I can not thanks the desk staff Marco and Massimo enough for all the help they gave us, with key problems ;), luggage lost, anything we wanted they would gadly help, with a smile. The restaurant manage by Maurizio is very good, we ate there a few times and the food was excellent. They also provide breakfast which was good.
We also rented 2 apartments on via Belfiore through them, they were nice apartments, but not too clean, the location is perfect. The spa was also very nice and the treatments (massaga from Philipa) excellent.
There is a supermarket and numerous restaurants close to both the hotel and apartments.

Turin was a great city to visit, always felt safe, people were friendly and the food was amazing!

Would definetely go back!

I spent one week last january 2013 at Du Parc Torino with my family and friends .
The apartments are well decorated, large, comfortable, and furnished with a very refined taste.
The bedrooms are light, spacious, and the linen are soft and fresh.
The staff is kind ,friendly and helpful.
The restaurant serves delicious local cuisine.
I highly recommend it everyone!
