“DON'T GET FOOLED”

Eataly is just expensive packaging. Posh, elegant, modern or old fashioned, but just packaging. The food is quite average, tinned tuna or anchovies are the same quality you can find anywhere, nothing special, but the packaging is sooo beautiful... I also tried the hams, salami and culatello from Emilia, Tuscany or Umbria: they were under average. You can go there if you are looking for french cheese: they have many kinds, difficult to be found in Turin. But, whatever you buy, be sure you'll be paying a lot for it, because it is so cool...

“GO GO GO”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 6, 2012

This place is a gourmet emporium--shop, eat, drink and repeat. Everything is fresh and fantastic. We had pizza which was incredible as well as fresh pasta accompanied by hand made bufalo mozzarella. The artisinale gelato is one of the best we've ever had. Try the fior di latte...you won't be sorry!

“Coool!”

Great Food offer and fantastic concept with the supermarket in which you can sit in and eat different meals at different bars.
Products a bit expensive but of good quality. They sell a chocolate-nut cream which my children (and I) love.

“eat everything, eataly!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2012

While attending a food related conference next door at the Lingotto, we managed to eat our way through every food offering at eataly. The food is basic and well prepared, the ingredients shine! the prices are very reasonable compared to other offerings of much lower quality in Italy. Even if you don't eat there you can spend hours touring the markets and exploring the local and had crafted products. Love this place!

“Foodies heaven”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2012

Eataly is one of a kind, it is the biggest fine food shop in the world, here you'll find some of the best quality in the world. From fresh stuffed pasta to balsamic, olive oil, chocolates, fresh sweets, fresh fish, cured meats, rice, cheeses, wine, beer, truffles, vegetebales and fruits........you name it, they have it, and they have the best.

Prices of fine food products are never on the low side, however they are well priced. If you really love the best things in life, Eataly is a must visit. It will take you around 3-4 hours if you go around in detail. There is also a vermouth museum and two rooms dedicated to the curing and maturation of parma ham, culatello, grana padano and parmeggiono reggiano.

Everytime I'm in Turin, I make it a point to visit this supermarket.
