Turin does not have a big offer of hostels, but for the price you pay it is much better to just book a hotel in downtown, maybe you spend a few more bucks (believe me, not so much) and at least you have normal running water, ventilated and quiet room and you don't have to take a bus and or walk for an hour to the slums to get to bed. The shower did not work properly (very weak stream of water, you had to hold it yourself), the airco was inexistent appart from the noise it made, the rooms are too hot and noisy, very bad views, very weak internet connection, and all that for more than 20 euros per night (Around 25) to sleep in a dorm...There are many things they should improve in order to offer a fair quality-price relation.
