We went there two times now, this year and last year - both in march. The restaurant is very hyped up - has great reviews and hence it is very difficult to get a table without reservation. My wife (Hong Kong) and me know Chinese cuisine in all details - we love food and we regularly travel to China and Hong Kong to meet family.
The verdict is a bit divided - somehow it is really good food and for a European standard there is nothing to complain about - ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. The Lady Owner (from China but speaks perfect Italian) is on top of everything and very customer focused - very appreciated.
Nevertheless - we failed to be totally impressed by the food - it lacks a bit of taste and refinement, it's o.k. but does not leave a memory. For a place that has so high score it is a bit disappointing really - and the price tag is very hefty as well which tampers further the excitement. Not sure we are going to eat there next year - i am very sorry. There is a bit of upside potential to be honest....
