Description: Our kitchen is easy and genuine and we only use seasonal ingredients, as it was in the 60's when we could eat pumpkins only in autumn and oranges during winter. We prefer to use goods coming from Italian family-run farms because we really care of quality and authenticity of our food. Bread, pasta and desserts are hand made by our cook; the real Italian coffee is made with the coffeepot as Italian families always do. The furniture and all the details remind our childhood and youth age (our means... Of the restaurant's owners!!). Don't be upset if the tables are variously colored and the chairs are different...The glasses and the plates as well! We have recreated an informal, joyful and pleasant atmosphere, in order to bring our not-more-teenager guests back to their youth; and to let the younger ones know how their parents or grandparents lived.

My husband's favorite Italian dish is cacio e pepe. He ordered it 7 times during our trip; 4 times in Rome alone. This was his favorite version. Plenty of pepper, fresh sharp cheese, perfectly cooked pasta, and not too wet or too dry. The rissoto was very good but the pasta was the star of the meal.

This is a small restaurant that the owner has filled with 1950's memorabilia. If you are my age then you probably used the valve radio or the original hoover. The food was excellent as was the service. The owner went out of his way to make our evening a great success. I really do recommend Risoelatte for a really good value meal in surroundings you will be talking about all night.

This is a FAB place, really unique 1960's theme like you're eating at someone's home. Book in advance, their special risotto is ace!!

This is a small place so make sure you make a reservation. We loved the restaurant. The food was like a home cooked meal and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a casual feel and the staff make you feel at home. Food was fresh and delicious.

My partner and I went to the Restaurant for Dinner after having been recommended to go by some work colleagues who had been to the Risoelatte for Lunch.

As soon as we walked in the decor is striking, a throw back to the 50's & 60's. The staff we very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice on the menu and our food was excellent.

We both enjoyed the evening, great setting, staff and food and happily recommend the Risoelatte. We'd very happily return when next in Milan
