Eating local is all the rage these days but here it is history and done extremely well.
They serve the local cuisine simply and with style. Our hotel Duca di York recommended
this restaurant on a rainy night and they were right. We had no reservation at 19:30 and
walked right in. Great service smoothed over our Italian and we enjoyed gnocchi with pesto
followed by ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and sage and finishing with their wonderful osso
buco with saffron risotto. Local wine, local dessert 87E. We will stop again in two weeks.
