Great breakfast (remember that most Italian hotels serve coffe and pastry). Very kind and polite staff, spatious but quite average rooms in terms of equipment. Wi-fi missing, TV with 6 channels only, temperature on air-con malfunctioning. About 10 min walking distance to the metro (bus station is only aminute down the street). Just fine for a short stay.

Where do I start? First, the location is not the greatest. It's far from the metro, if you want to take the taxi than you might want to stay here... but I would advise you to continue reading first... second, there is no sign at the from of the hotel saying that ITS a hotel so a little hard to find. Third, the service is horrible!!!! We were told that we can park our car at the front of the hotel... well we did and ended up blocking other cars. So we asked at the reception and offered to give them our keys! They than told us that it wasnt a problem and that he would call us if we had to move our car (they do not move your car for you). So we got a phone call in the morning that we had to move our car. We rushed out in a span of less than 5min. To find an ANGRY Italian man yelling at us saying that he had waited 30 mins and plus! He also threatened to call the police! The manager dealt with the man but never came back to us to provide any explanations! We had to ask her to find out that they have a private UNDERGROUND parking that the previous receptionist NEVER offered to us! It's only after we demanded for an explanation that the manager actually decided to apologize! NOT only this! We stayed here for 4 days and it's only after the 2nd day that the receptionist decided to inform us that we have to pay for internet! We have been using it for 2 days not knowing theres a charge... but hey it's apparently not there fault... the response to that it's "it's written on the website". Forth, the rooms are extremely small. Finally, I have to say that at least this hotel is clean. But in overall, I would not be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!

Stayed in this hotel a few times because of its proximity to Navigli, and the desk staff were very friendly for Milan. The rooms are okay and relatively modern, but unfortunately the walls are very thin, and corridors are pretty noisy.

For Milan the price is reasonable.

Good hotel with modern decor & a wonderful breakfast. The only thing that would've made it better is if it was closer to a metro station. It takes about a 20 minute brisk walk to get to the romolo metro.

Nice hotel, very modern and clean. Not far from the city center (about 15-20 minutes by tram), in a nice area. Stayed there for three nights, found a great price offer for Milano. Polite personnel, willing to help and give information.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was very artificial. Also, the hotel does not offer free Wi-fi, the only choise is to pay for 24 h acces and it was a little bit expensive. But all this did not stopped us for having a nice stay and a good experience.
I would go back, but maybe next time I will look for a more traditional hotel, italian style ...
