Loved this hotel. Easy to get to from Milan Malpensa airport, though when you get to Bovisa station, make sure you get the hotel to book you a taxi. There were none at the station on Sat afternoon when we arrived and we waited ages before flagging one down. Once there, the hotel is very stylishly decorated, our twin room was large and comfortable, the bathroom (with bath and sep shower) was great. Reception and bar staff professional and friendly. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. However, did visit L'Imagine restaurant round the corner from the hotel and the food was very good there. Centre of Milan is VERY expensive to eat out in so take plenty euros. The hotel is in an okay suburban area, my friend didn't feel particularly safe there, however, I was okay and it was easy to get into town by the tram nearly. I'd detinitely stay there agan!

We used the urban rail system and got off at Villapizzone station which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It was not possible to check in as we arrived early and left our luggage with the concierge.

Staff were helpful and gave us a map and showed us how to get to the Doumo. The number 12 tram stop was just yards away from the hotel and the direct route took about 25 minutes to the city centre.

Alternatively, we could have caught the train at Villapizzone station. However, the journey would involve a change or two and would have taken longer. Nevertheless, we used the urban rail system to return to the hotel one evening as the number 12 route was suspended.

Our three night stay was pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and bar accessories like a corkscrew and a bottle cap opener. The large bathroom was well appointed with a bath and a great shower. Toiletries were renewed daily. Everything was spick and span as one would expect from the Radisson hotel group.

Overall, the location may be a little distant from the city centre but the area is quiet and away from the noise and traffic. The excellent transport links more than make up for the "inconvenience" of travelling into the city and we would stay at the Radisson again when we visit Milan.

The hotel is very good and staff quite friendly. The rooms are very very big and really clean. Breakfast was huge with such a good variety of food. The only problem is that it is far out from the centre and even though the tram stop is just opposite the hotel it will take you around 40min to arrive next to the duomo. There is a train station around 10min walk from the hotel and a ride to the centre will then take less though you would have to change underground. The hotel offers one way tickets on sale from its lobby but you can buy a day ticket or even a two day ticket from the underground/train station.

This hotel offers everything they promise in their advertisements. Easy to reach from the highway the hotel provides a secure parkingspace at a reasonable rate. The reception is very welcoming and friendly. Checking in takes a minimum effort and time. The rooms are very clean and well kept. A nice seperate sitting area with bigscreen TV and free internet access (both wireless and via cable). The seperate bedroom contains a large double bed with direct access to a hugh bathroom with walk-in shower, a large bathtub, a double sink and a toilet. In the hallway a second smaller washing room with large sink and toilet. The roomservice menu contained a large choice of meals and drinks. Breakfast was served in a very nice restaurant with a choice of cold and warm food. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The only downside for some people will be the distance to the actual center of town. But if you don't mind a short trip to and from the center of Milan this hotel provides everything a tourist in Italy could wish for.

Very nice and modern Hotel, staff is friendly and quick, breakfast is excellent for the italian standards, rooms are modern and have a certain Asian flair, this seems to be the theme of the Hotel.
I enjoyed the pool after a day walking around in sticky Milan!
Only downside is the location, unfortunatley a bit far out, however with a tram you will make it to Duomo in 20 min.
For the price it was an excellent deal.

Lovely hotel about 20mins tram (number 12) from centre of Milan. Stayed here mid-August with wife and teenage son for 3 nights. Booking in was easy and staff are great - Marcia was extremely helpful about how to get to different places in Milan. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good - plently of choice and good quality (especially the different breads) and staff very attentive.

Swimming pool was great and stayed open to 11pm. I had a couple of dips a day as it was so hot in Milan and it was never busy.

If you do not want to eat in hotel I found a great traditional restaurant just around the corner (Sara).

This was the best hotel I stayed in on my 11 day tour of Venice/Garda/Milan.
