Lovely park but forgot to bring insect repellent!!
Check out the bar called Bianco Milano within the park in between the castle and arch .. Was there late afternoon early evening there was a dj, young hip crowd, happy hour cocktails with all you can eat free tapas food

A beautiful park with lots of (porta) loos and seats to sit and relax. Some nice water features with huge fish. Plenty of grassed areas where you can sit or children can play dirt free as there is a special area for dogs only. Plenty of huge trees so you can sit in the shade and a safe children's' play area. At the far end of the park is the Arco della Pace built by Napoleon and down one side is the Torre Banca Tower where you can take the elevator to see the views of Milan and the Alps for a few euros.

A lovely park in the middle of Milan. Easy assessible by foot at the end of one of the main shopping streets. A lovely place to relax and enjoy being in Milan, lots of trees to provide shade from the hot summer sunshine, very welcome as it was about 26 degrees.
Entrance is free although you do have to walk through a number of street traders to access the park, be firm and walk past them as they do try persistence to get you to purchase, when past them the park is lovely and the effort worth it.

Ive been there 3-4 times, its really nice, people walking around doing staff without running to leave! The lake is cute, u can sit on the grass under the sun or go and enjoy the dogs that play free in the special dog area! :))

We wandered around late on a Saturday afternoon after it had been raining all day so it was deserted and quite muddy! It reminded us of Hyde Park, London. We walked around and it would have been lovely if the weather had been better!
