Italy has priceless treasure of old churches where historical paintings are carefully maintained and on display. Most of the churches are about 3 to 6 hundred years old but San Nazaro was one of the oldest as the original building was built in 4th century AD.
Church is typical Italian style and apparently no major significance from outside and located on ( Porta Romana street and can be reached by taking yellow line Metro to the Missori station (300 to 400 m) and also from Crocetta station on the same line, about a km away.
Good paintings inside, if you are close to this area you may take some time to visit which would not be more than half an hour. Next to the main entrance Indian food cafe is also available to provide you curry food.
Duomo is not far away from here and you can walk through some of the not really attractive and not amazing streets to reach down here.
