The place is nice and food quality, presentation and hospitality is excellent. However the quantities are very little for a kid not adults. When we got the main course we kept laughing and decided to pay and leave. It's very expensive btw

Had dinner 12th July for our twin daughters birthday. Again a great experience. The food is top quality and the creativeness is unique. The wine list has great Italian and foreign wines. The atmosphere is very pleasant and all the team is extremely efficient, helpful and well educated!
We will surely chose Alice again

This used to be my favourite restaurant in Milano and I would celebrate important events there. The food and service have always been excellent until my most recent visit a week ago. Raved about the restaurant to friends visiting from Australia...and than was disappointed...the primi were not up to standard but I could forgive that because the antipasti were incredible. However, the service was atrocious and not up to par for a Michelin star restaurant and definitely not for Alice. We had to wait long night to be served...to order wine..to get the wine...and than they even forget the last dish on our order which we had to cancel. Considering that we spend €450, I would have expected more. I hope that this is not a sign of things to come and they just had an off-night! For now, it's going to be a while before I go back and will have to find another favourite restaurant in Milano.

Well firstly the hors-d'œuvre were really good. We had the set lunch menu and that gives you a free choice of three courses, water, wine and coffee.

There was a good selection of courses to choose from, I get really picky when going to Michelin star restaurants and this time the bar did not go up to a 5/5 (sorry for that)
If we start with the good and go straight to dessert, our dessert were really good and the espresso was a 100/100 the starter and main were not just up to par for me for this standard. I am sure it depends on what you take on the menu and if the chef has a good or bad day but it being a Michelin star restaurant these things should not matter. I am sure that anyone going here will find gems and hopefully anyone going here will have a good experience. I booked my table 6 months in advance. and I am happy I went, Service was perfect!

For any given foodie i would recommend a visit there are only 11 Michelin star restaurants in Milan and if you like food from the sea, well this could be your gem!


The setting was really nice but a bit hard to find, it is located on the top floor of a market area. Just ask for Alice and the staff will help you.

Absolutely loved it. Stellar cooking and incredibly artful plating. Fantastic flavours, every dish a revelation. From the first amuse bouches, one of which included a baba ghanoush with peanut butter, I knew the food would be creative. I will never forget the seafood salad in blue cabbage water, with a grapefruit granita that turns the water fluorescent pink when it melts. One of the most inspired dishes I have ever eaten. Also loved the roasted lamb timbal with pecorino mousse and pesto. The dessert, a tiramisu in a custard sauce in the shape of an egg was beautiful and wonderful to eat. Even the candies at the end were perfect. This restaurant is fantastic, I can say it is now my favourite in Milan. Service is friendly but in point.
