I have been staying here for longer time due to work in Milan.Location was nice but some things here made me angry. For instance: bed impossible to sleep in because of pillows made from stones, walls made from paper so you hear every flush your neighbour makes, breakfast has just cold bufe and everything is served on plastic, and the most important-houskeeping goes through your personal things while "cleaning". Some of my things were just thrown into rubish and taken, probably houskeeper knows better what I need and what i dont. And from my personal things from drower was taken thing in bigger cost. When I spoke with reception, even manager, they said nobody took it and like how i know it was taken.... "good" solution of problem. Everyone is quiet and nobody knows nothing. So better dont keep anything in room, not even cosmetics because houskeeping like to use and take it or what they do i dont know...
My experience is not nice and i would recomend different hotel. Milan has them a lot and iam sure you will find better place to stay in...

The hotel is quite old, but clean. Very large rooms, mini-kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave but no plates, cups, etc), in the room it is warm in winter. Perfect location right near metro and near supermarket. For Italy quite good breakfast, but on plastic plates.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews read here...but it has to be said we expected more...Under no circumstance can this be considered a 4star hotel...good points?, well its very close to the Metro with easy access to all points of Milan and the room we had was not too badly presented. Bad points...hmm, where to begin...firstly, the area where the hotel is situated, is not very nice, even the taxi driver who dropped us there expressed his concern and it is a long way from the centre. There is no internet access in many of the rooms and the internet is extortionately priced. Also, if you want to connect with a smart phone, you have to buy the 24hour option, the hourly option is not available for some unknown reason!!. The breakfast is laughable...there is no room service available at all and the breakfast is served in a tiny room, totally inadequate for a hotel this size. The breakfast is from pre-packed foods and you help yourself on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and tiny plastic cups. The staff were far from friendly and I witnessed some less than satisfactory treatment of other guests. Whilst our room was not bad, the hairdryer was broken and we were told that, "sorry but it cannot be replaced", the light didn't work in the bathroom, the pillows were very cheap, rock solid affairs and the cleaner left her cleaning fluid in the room one day, our cups in the bathroom sink the next, the tea and coffee were never replenished and the hotel kindly asks that if you want to use the kettle you should fill it with natural mineral water, which you have to buy yourself!! There was also a constant drone of the ventilation system all the time we were there. The decor is ok in some parts of the hotel but very tired, even grubby, in most others. I think you have a right to expect certain quality from a 4star hotel and I'm affraid this fell very short. We would not recommend it and we will not be returning.

If you're looking for a good budget hotel in pricy Milan, look no further. Our room was clean, comfortable, pretty quiet and spatious. We even had a little kitchen (although no kitchenware was provided).
Breakfast was surprisingly good for Italian standards, with a wide variety of food options (no warm food though).
Then, location. It's certainly not in the heart of the city, but with a metro station nextdoor, one can't go wrong. The Milan metro is extensive, works well and is comparably cheap.
All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. Just one remark: city taxes weren't included in the prepaid bill (which I knew), but during our stay there was a 50% discount and still, more than half the maximum amount was billed.

Stayed in december 2012 on Xmass week. Staff is very nice . Good information and maps to hand out. Really on a subwaystation -Turron. Very calm at night. Good restaurant nearby with discount if you are a guest at the hotel. Carrefour market just down the street. Large room. Very clean bed and bathroom. Be carefull with the shower when you turn it on you might get the floor wet. Just a question of getting used to it. No major problems. Yes I recomend it. Good breakfast. English and spanish spoken. Would consider it a very good 3.5 hotel - good price. Enjoy!

Stayed here in December. Really excellent accommodation for a budget price. Room was superb with an excellent sized bedroom and separate living/dining area, walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Immaculate condition and very clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was continental and there was a very good selection and plenty for every taste. Located on metro line 1 only 5 stops from the Duomo so perfect for accessing all the sights and shops. Lots of good cafes and restaurants close to the hotel and a supermarket close by too. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay again.
