“a comfortable room not too far from the centre.”
Reviewed April 22, 2011

Although not in the centre, it was only five minutes from the metro (Linea A) which was seven stops from the Duomo. The room was spacious complete with small kitchen (though there was nothing to cook with, not even a cup and saucer!). Breakfast was good with a mixture of hot and cold food and typical sweet pastries. They even made capuccinos and espressos to order. Almost opposite was a pizzeria 'Ti Ricordi', very reasonable price and good food where they gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at the hotel. Also, not far away, was the Beda House, a fascinating pub/bar type place with a garden which was well worth popping into if only for a drink.

Room Tip: You had to pay for internet use.

It is a nice hotel with big rooms (usually with a small living room and a kitchenette as it also serves as Residence for long stays) and the breakfast offers quite a variety of choice. However it would benefit from a refurbishment as the rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms.
All in all though very good value for money.

We booked last minute and got a room for 69 euros, good price fot this quality. Room was spacious and clean (not just by Italian standards), parking was free of charge, breakfast average. Will stay there again.

Room was not as advertised but spoke to staff on arrival and the changed the room immediately without any hassle. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and funny although that may be becasue they were Inter fans and Spurs had won the game! Def reccomend for the price.

Hotel dated from the seventies (I guess) and situated in what's probably one of the ugliest areas of Milan. Rooms are huge and even have a small kitchen, but everything seems to be quite worn off. Bed was OK. There are definitively better places to stay in Milan.

It's a business hotel, my room was spacious and the Internet connection was good (altought it's quite expensive); location is not so perfect as you have to walk 3-4 minutes to reach the nearest subway station. Breakfast: nothing special. The staff never helped me with luggage, never smiled, they are quite.. "cold".

I am just staying at this hotel and it's like this : It is a residence hotel thus you get a small kitchen to use at your own like fully equipped with pots and pans and the basic cookware you need - which is quite nice but on the other side these aren't quite clean.
You also get a fridge and a freezer - don't really know what the freezer is for - i was just imagining me buying some frozen vegetables and putting them in the freezer for ulterior use ...

The fridge is quite smelly - i will use it only for drinks - nothing else should be sealed because the smell in there is quite powerful.

The bath looks old as the whole hotel - looks like 90's hotel and it has not been refurbished - leaks if you take a shower - caution, wet floor !

Breakfast is served on the 8th floor restaurant and is really standard - if not poor : really ugly scrambled eggs and really salty bacon, some salami, some ham, two types of croissants, coffee at your own serving (did not taste it), the usual jams and some cheese - that was the only interesting thing.

All in all i didn't like it and i will not return
