Owner description: Tickets to view Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper go on sale three months in advance and sell out quickly, although it's sometimes possible to buy tickets closer to your visit. If you don't manage to purchase tickets on your own, consider visiting The Last Supper as part of a tour. It's much more expensive, but worth it if you don't want to miss out.

“must see”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

You will have to book your tickets well in advance to get to see this wall painting, and you only get to spend 15 minutes in the room. But what an experience!!! If there is only one place in Milan you are going to be visiting, then it must be this one.

“Simply Stunning”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

It is something that you can look at for hours and not get bored. Book in advance to ensure you can get in. The only negative is that you can't stay longer to admire.

You don't need to be an art lover to appreciate the beauty and elegance.

“La Ultima Cena”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Incredibly expressive painting by Da Vinci. Despite guidebook rumors that you need to obtain tickets well ahead of time, there are often cancelations. We were able to see it later on the day that we first stopped by the center. Definitely worth a visit!

“Essential viewing”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

You MUST book well in advance or have your visit included in a package. It's easy to find and has a useful display while you're waiting to go in - be punctual.

You get 15 minutes to view the masterpiece, a miraculous survival. The basilica round the back seems expensive but does preserve much of Leonardo's codex - the many pieces are well displayed. And for more Leonardo, including models of his designs, don't miss the technology museum on Via San Vittori nearby, where you could spend all day before going onto San Embroglio.

Easy to book online. This is more than just another 'masterpiece'. Much bigger and more moving than we expected, even if you are not religious.
