This hotel is truly amazing. We stayed here for a couple of nights, and it’s a hotel that really achieves its aim to exceed guests expectations. The atmosphere in the hotel is second to none. The spa is a must the food out of this world and the staff are all so friendly yet very professional.
Our stay was unforgettable, thanks to the team....you certainly know how to run a hotel.

Waited for ever for a table, nit bei g served drinks, service head full of attitude, waited some more for the food and then again for the bill...most beautiful place in Milan...but this was frustrating and not warranting the prices at all.

Dear Mr. Hans,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed our garden, moreover that you consider it the best place in Milan.

My sincerest apologies in regards to your experience with the food and timely service, please rest assured that this does reflect the standards of service we thrive upon.
As of September we will be debuting a new F&B concept devised by Niko Romito, a 3 star Michelin chef, and we hope you will visit us again and give us another chance.

Kind Regards
Attili Marro

Stayed here for the second time with my husband for one night in July. This has become our go-to hotel when in Milan, and we will certainly return!

Despite being within walking distance to sights such as the Duomo and Giardini Pubblici (as well as Milan's most elite shopping district), the Bulgari feels totally hidden away and peaceful as it's on a private cul-de-sac road. It has a lovely garden which is a great place to have a drink on a summer evening. Service is impeccable--the hotel was able to arrange tickets to the Last Supper despite it being fully booked up online, and massages in the spa are highly recommended. The decor is elegant yet contemporary, and rooms are very spacious and filled with great little touches like Dyson hair dryers, fresh figs, and Bose headphones.

Recommend it highly!

Been such a great night yesterday, we had some great food and cocktails at the restaurant, everything was perfect. Service was awesome, Christian followed us with his kindness through the whole dinner and suggested the best. Club sandwich is a must! Best thanks to all the staff!

I stayed at the Bulgari Hotel almost every time we attended Milano Unica Fair. First of all, the rooms are very ergonomically designed. All amenities are luxurious. The mattress thickness is just about right, no backache in the morning. You will be guaranteed a peaceful slumber, no daylight glare in summer since the curtains are doubled. Light switches with prolonged extension cord help you control room lighting without stretching your arms to turn off the lights from your comfortable bed. The only shortcoming that I can think of is that, like all other chic hotels, lighting in the elevator is quite sombre, accentuated with dark granite interior. Imagine that one has to insert his or her rooom keycard into the slot before pressing for the desired floor. It was sometimes like groping in semi darkness. But all in all, I love the hotel's impeccable service, healthy breakfast with the choices of detox and antioxidant drinks.
