We stayed in the Hotel for one night and had not such a pleasant time there
the bed was actually two beds not connected to each other.
when i entered the bathroom there were hair on the toilet seat we called the reception and the cleaning lady came and cleaned that up.
if its one night then i guess its ok, but if you stay in milan more than one night then its better to stay at another hotel.

If the location, the size and cleanness of the room and the shower can compensate the fact that we were greeted by a rude person who didn't give us any information about the hotel, the time the breakfast was served I don't. We had to find out the time the breakfast was served in the elevator and the map of the area (which was actually a map of where the hotels of maybe the chain where) and had to figure out by ourselves how to lock the door and switch off the lights. The room though was big, clean and basic. No decoration of any kind. Just a wardrobe, two side tables, one big mirror, one dining table with two chairs. That's it. Breakfast was so poor. The location though was really nice just 1-2 min walk to Duomo. Opposite to the hotel there is a bar-restaurant and on the same road a tram service and several shops. 1min away there is a metro exit and on the same road there is a red bus-sightseeing bus-- stop. Also Macdonalds.

Room Tip: If you have to pay extra for breakfast don't do it. WiFi is charged 4 Eur for 6 hours.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is in a wonderful location, as everyone else has said. The room was a reasonable size, with a large bathroom. Pretty clean, but could have done with a good vacuum, there was a lot of fluff on the floor. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. Trams run right past, but the sound proofing from outside is pretty good, so that didn't bother us. The same couldn't be said between rooms. On our first night the Russian people in the next room were still talking/arguing loudly at midnight. I went and spoke to the guy on reception, who was very apologetic, and he rang them. This worked for a short while, but they didn't settle down until 1.00am and they woke us before 7.00am the next morning, so we didn't get a good night's sleep. The staff were pretty good, especially the young guy working at night, who was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the more expensive hotels we've stayed at during our 5 weeks away, and definitely not the best, but I suppose you are paying a high price no matter where you stay in Milan. Overall, would recommend for the convenience of the location.

The location of this tourist hotel really is as amazing as other reviews have noted: it is literally a fifteen-second walk from the duomo piazza, in the midst of a huge selection of restaurants, and within walking distance of almost everything you want to see and do in Milan. My single room was simply furnished but spotlessly clean, with crisp white sheets on the comfortable bed and a large, newly remodeled tile bath with fluffy towels. The breakfast included various fresh rolls, yoghurt, meat and cheese platters (didn't try them), juice, and a barista on hand to make whatever coffee drinks you wanted. The front-desk personnel were perfunctory but efficient. There's air conditioning and an elevator--oh, and did I mention the location?

When I travel location is everything and this hotel has a perfect location, right next to the Duomo. The standard are basic, just a small and easy room with a simple bed, a desk and a bathroom. It's perfect if staying in Milan means exploring the city and only using the hotel to sleep. Breakfast is simple but ok. No wifi.

As soon as i came to the piazza duomo by train, the hotel was only a couple of minutes walk, you really can`t miss it. As soon as i checked in, i found the room to be clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was fantastic plenty of cakes, yogurts, salami and cheeses. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to help me in anyway they could. This hotel couldn`t be more central,it was right near the duomo and the galleri vittori emanuelle. Castello sforzesco was only 10 minutes walk away.İf you are looking for the double decker bus tours they are located at the duomo. There is a place at via bonaparte located right near the sforzesco castle called ZANİ VİAGGİ, there you can find tickets to go everywhere such as the san siro, serravalle designer outlet, fox town and so on.İ hope this helps alot of people. This hotel is a gem and would defiently stay here again.
