We wanted a place that was close to the train station, and this hotel certainly satisfied that. The hotel was about a 5-10 minute walk to the station. The room we had was small, but clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast in the morning was decent. We stayed only one night and paid about 70 euros. Overall we felt the hotel was fine.

The location for train travelers was great. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast wasn't until 8, we would have liked it earlier. There was no frest fruit, but other than that the breakfast was very adequate and generous. The server asked us what hot beverage we wanted, which was nicer than having the "machine" coffee.
It was a rainy day in Milan, so we took the hop on hop off bus tour. The clerk helped us with where to catch it close to the train station.

The hotel was very nice with freindly service. Rooms are spacious and clean which you would expect from a 4* hotel and also boasts 24 hour English speaking Reception.

A good breakfast selection was offerred, but brush up on your Italian to speak to the breakfast room staff!

The hotel is 10 minute walk from Milan Centrale station, therefore convenient for airport coach transfers (Malpensa and Orio / Bergamo), rail connections, metro, etc... However, the station area is not very pleasent and has many "shady" characters in it's vicinity. I think this is summed up by the hotel's security doors which can leave you waiting in the porch if the reception is on break.

Note that the train lines run parallel to the hotel (although a few streets away) but we still epxerienced some late night noise from the engines.

Also, there appears to be a new building being errected directly behind the hotel, we were fortunate not to be disturbed by this, but others may experience disturbance from this.

We stayed at the Hotel Terminal for one night and found that it was approx 10-15minutes walk from the train/metro station.

The Hotel was easily located using a small map that was given to us from the tourist office inside of the train station.

The staff spoke good English, were helpful and accommodating to our needs such as storing baggage whilst the room was being cleaned as we had arrived a couple of hours early.

We enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep in a good sized room with a spacious bathroom. The only down side to the room was that it was located road front which meant that at times you could hear cars/trucks go past even with double glazing!

We enjoyed range of breakfast options which were served down in the basement.

There were a number of little restaurants that could be easily reached by walking different directions from the Hotel but I would recommend asking the Hotel Staff to recommend a restaurant as some of them looked a bit dodge!

We had a great one night stay but have to admit that this Hotel is 4 stars as they are advertised!

This hotel is very easy to find as long as you have a map on hand. It's literally 5 minutes from the train station but because the street names change every few blocks make sure you have a printed map with you. We got a little lost and were told several times that areas just two or three blocks from the hotel (and the train station) were very unsafe areas. The hotel itself seemed fine, but another reason to bring a map, you don't want to stumble into one of these bad neighborhoods.

Breakfast was typical European cold breakfast. Better than a hostel.

This hotel had such good reviews but my experience was different. The hotel was very clean and the room was actually quite nice but small as expected. The day staff was very nice when we checked in but the night person was very unpleasant and seemed very irritated every time we asked him something. We had some problems with our room phone and the gentleman again seemed very annoyed that we needed his help. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the central train station which is ideal. My biggest negative was the surrounding area...it was very uncomfortable walking around at night and at some times kind fo scary. The amount of restaurants near the hotel seemed limited but I could be wrong. The location would was the biggest negative to this hotel.

We only spend one night in hotel terminal. The bedding and bathroom are very clean and neat, I have no complain about it. However, the problem with the hotel is the wall is so thin that we can literally hear everything from the room beside, tv, toilet flusing, hair drying. We stayed at the room opposite the lift. Again, heard every single up-downs. Maybe other rooms are better, make sure you don't get the room like *A or *B, there is only a door between 2 rooms. The breakfast is reasonable ok. The best thing about the hotel is it's really close the central train station, handy if you travel with the train.
