A pretty quirky restaurant Mi Casa. Toasts above all, but also a bar with coffee, the, cakes, muffins, fruit juices. Or soups. Or even pasta. Toasts with chocolate and sugar, if you aren't up for a classic ham and cheese toast. Beers too, and very good ones at that.
There's really a bit of everything here, for all tastes. Main offer are the toasts of course, with fresh and plenty of ingredients: there are at least 20/25 different kind of toasts, not counting the sweet ones. Perfectly cooked. But you can just have a beer, a coffee, a muffin with a the or a hot soup in the colder days. Seated or not (more often not, there are no more than 5/6 tables and during weekends you have to reserve one if you want to have any chance to seat).
It's all very nice, in a young atmosphere, international pop/rock music very loud, welcoming waitresses, no dress code whatsoever. Unpretentious. Ok prices (4,5€ for a toast but consider that they are really big). Just a few meters away from the Turro metro stop (so not that out of reach from the center). Take away possible, and even probable as you'll have an hard time grabbing a seat in busy times.
I liked it. Good concept, even if may feel quirky to have a toast instead of a more common pizza/kebab/burger.
