On the annual pre-christmas trip I was lucky enough to stumble onto this wee place for a concert. Part of the Blue Note network, Milan was one of the few cities big enough to handle a Jazz venue and the same concept as the one in New York. We did not try out the combined Dinner/Concert package as we arrived too late. The concert that night was Arabic/Italian Jazz and dance music. Exciting stuff.
If you are interested in an experience a bit out of the ordinary, this is a must to do in Milan. They cater for groups but book in advance.

Visited the Blue Note Milano for the first time from London on April 25th & 26th 2017 to see my favourite Jazz fusion band Spyro Gyra. Attended both nights concerts. The shows were fantastic ! The venue is outstanding, so classy and sophisiticated. A great place to watch fantastic music, and enjoy some great food and drink, and the staff were very good and friendly.

Enjoyed the Unicef evening with Gege Telesforo although I only caught one word in 10 of the speeches! Great music venue, lots going on here regularly.
We booked tickets online and collected on the night. No problem.
We were shown to the dining tables and allowed to choose what table we wanted and were served fairly quickly and efficiently.Friendly staff and good music. Good atmosphere.
Dress code is mostly smart casual.

We've been to lots of jazz clubs in London and some can be a bit shabby with lousy catering so you expect to make compromises when watching live acts. But the Blue Note is really smart, well organised and serves delicious food. Wine is moderately priced and views are excellent wherever you're sitting. We may have been seduced by a wonderful gig by Ray Gelato but our whole evening was superb and we'd travel back to Milan to visit the Blue Note anytime.
