Though we found Milan to be a dull city compared to the rest of Italy, this hotel made our trip better.
You can get bus number 60 from the central station which takes 10 minutes to get to a nearby main road. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the centre and for us it was handily located near to the road with the bus leading to Linate airport.
Compared to the hallways, the rooms are a bit outdated with cheap furniture but it was clean with everything we needed. It had a useful mini fridge with water supplied both days which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was small but very good with fresh croissants (unfilled for once!!), fruit, cereal, hams & cheese etc and proper juice.
Best of all, the service is great. We only saw two members of staff but both were friendly and did what they could to help. (E.g. When we ordered food to the hotel they called us when it arrived and offered us cutlery and napkins. ) Overall, very happy with this budget hotel!More
