When I travel abroad and my colleagues or friends take me to an italian restaurant I am seldom happy because almost never you can find the same stuff you would have in Italy. It has to do with the quality of the materials (vegetacles, meat, cheese,...) and it has to do with trying to adapt a bit to the taste of locals. I always find italian food a bit too spicy when I pay a visit to an italian restaurant in Germany or in the US.
Now I am afraid the same happens with Ta bonito. It is a good honest try and I like it but the rodizio in Sao Paulo is something else.
Again, the food is good and people are nice (music a bit too loud) and I enjoy going tthere.
