We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our time here. The hotel is small but comfy. Same for the rooms. There is free wifi, accessible in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. The location is a bit out of town but the tram stops right in front of the hotel and makes travelling easy. There's a nearby shopping mall with familiar names like H&M & Zara and a decent supermarket. There's also a chinese restaurant around the corner for those times when you can't have any more pizza or pasta. Overall we get real value for our money in this hotel and would gladly stay there again when in Milan.

This was not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star hotel however in the area that it is in it is probably the best of the bunch. The hotel is not in a good location there is nothing to do in the area except a small shopping centre which consists of mostly home stores and a few resteraunts but nothing great. It is a 20 minute walk (we walk fast) to the nearest metro station other than that there is a tram that stops directly outside the hotel however we tried to avoid these as they were always really full and in the heat it just wasnt nice.
The hotel itself was nice the rooms were spacious and clean however it was the little things that made this hotel not a 4 star hotel. For example the hairdryer didnt work it had wires hanging out of it in a bathroom, when the toilet was flushed it leaked water and when our room was cleaned they left the dirty rubbish bags ontop of our clothes!
As for breakfast dont be fooled, it says that they served till 11 am and as we were going to festival and wouldnt be getting back to the early hours this was perfect as we could have a lie in, however when we got up to the resteraunt the hotplates were empty and all that remained was some juice and cereal. Also on another morning i asked for some ketchup and the staff who just stood around talking made no effort to find any, which in a 4 star you would expect. I was very dissapointed with my stay here and we only stayed there for somewhere to sleep i wouldnt reccomend this hotel for a holiday with the family.

We spent only one night at this hotel. Rooms were small, but clean and new. Although shower and toilet had some issues with pressure. Breakfast was very-very basic, not too much to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good, very easy to get to the center. I recommend to use tram #14 that has stop right by hotel entrance and it takes around 40 min to get to the center of the city. Receptionist can sell you tickets for the tram. So, over all, hotel was pretty good for the price we paid.

it is a horrible location even it says close to Parco Sempione, Castello Sforzesco, Brera and so on... ... Absolutelly not true. It is in a street not very safe and far from everything. I booked by booking.com because it said it was close and nice place. Completely WRONG!!!!
The receptionist men was not friendly .... I do not recommend this hotel for ant kind of tourist.
