Reached at Milano at night around 8 when all is dark and you are not familiar with the area and hardly people in the area speak English to show us the way and ask questions. At last after nearly 1 hour searching, managed to find the place. Lifts were badly work, staff were on their own, no greetings, feel like aliens totally, so hot, aircon were not functioning well. The children were not happy with the hotel choice.

The beauty of this hotel is that it is walking distance to the train station, making it perfect if you are flying out the next day. Two english TV programs, a non working fridge and terrible pillows but the breakfast room was large and offered a better than average breakfast.

This was a basic 3* hotel, badly in need of an upgrade, A good location, close to Central Station and a variety of restaurants.The rooms were clean but dated. A large bathroom but the shower was poor. The fridge in our room was not working but the staff did offer the use of the hotel fridge. A good continental breakfast with plenty of cereals, bread rolls, cold meats, fruit juice ect. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
